Skyjo Rules
Objective
The goal is to have the lowest score by the end of the game. Points are accumulated across several rounds, and the game ends when a player reaches 100 points or more.
Setup
Each player receives 12 cards, placed face down in a 3x4 grid. Two random cards are flipped face up.
Gameplay
Players take turns drawing from the draw pile or the discard pile. The drawn card can replace any card in the player's grid. If a card from the draw pile is not used, it must go to the discard pile.
Special Rules
If a column has three identical numbers, it can be removed, reducing the player's point burden. The game introduces strategic elements, like when to reveal cards and when to replace them.
Ending a Round
A round ends when one player has all their cards face up. Other players then have one last turn before scoring.
Scoring
At the end of each round, players tally the points from their cards. Lower and negative value cards are key to winning.
Winning the Game
The game concludes once a player accumulates 100 points or more. The player with the lowest total score wins.
